Refund and return policy

Anything unused, unworn and in its original condition and packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Items damaged after delivery, and anything sold as final sale, cannot be returned.

Faulty or incorrectly sent items can always be returned, whatever their condition, and we pay the return shipping on those.

Email support@annasandbergliving.com with your order number and what you are sending back. We reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you have heard from us — we cannot trace a parcel we were not expecting.

Once the return arrives and has been checked, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank usually shows it within a further few days.

The refund covers what you paid for the goods. Original shipping is refunded only when the whole order is returned because it was faulty or wrongly sent.

Return postage is paid by the customer, except for faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent items. Keep your proof of postage: until the parcel reaches us, it is your responsibility.

We do not process exchanges directly. Return the item for a refund and place a new order — that way you never wait on stock that may be gone by the time the return arrives.

An order can be cancelled for a full refund at any point before it ships. Email support@annasandbergliving.com as soon as you can.
